On May 14, 2003, Goldrich Realty and Development Corporation was incorporated purposely to venture on Real Estate Development. Amidst the economic crisis and stiff competition, Goldrich Realty and Development Corporation believes that strong willed determination and faith will be their guiding factor to overcome all the difficulties that they will encounter.

Goldrich Realty and Development Corporation believes that “ No Filipino should be a squatter in his own country”, it has decided to venture in developing housing subdivisions to provide affordable house and lot which they can proudly call their own.

Goldrich Realty and Development Corporation will be very supportive with the government’s thrust in nation building geared towards the implementation of low cost housing program and projects to be the main concern embodied in the new Local Government Code of 1991 and the Urban and Development Act of 1992 (RA 7279). With the establishment of the Goldrich Realty and Development Corporation, it will be an instrument in providing priority employment to its neighboring communities.

The first and on-going subdivision project is the development of a parcel of land with a total area of eighty – one thousand, six hundred fifty – six square meters (81,656 sq.m.) located at Km. 9, Bayacsan, Taloy Sur, Tuba, Benguet which was purchased by the Corporation on October 2003 from the former Ms. Besna Olsim. Ownership of the said parcel of land is evidenced by Transfer Certificate of Title Number T – 55724. All the necessary permits for the development of the said property have been complied with by the Corporation. Development of the subdivision is on – going which is undertaken by its sister company Goldrich Construction and Trading.

Armed with dedication and loyalty to the staff, the vision of Goldrich Realty and Development Corporation, will never wane but all the more will be strengthened.
